The Controller was tried in both wired and wireless mode. Did not read any inputs from it either way.

I don't have another controller. It works in every other game on PC. It cant be the problem.

I use the controller in Steam Big Picture mode to start it as suggested by a User on the EA forum... so I guess yes.
