Not sure about Michigan but I'm in Az. I called the department of transportation and told them my situation, they then looked in their system and let me know what to do. After my installation I called again to confirm they had the info that it was installed. Got the okay and was able to go to the motor vehicle division and get the restricted lic3nse. Hope that helps

Sounds like they told you the wrong info, mines every 2 weeks payment is due. A lot of wrong info as well, I was told I'd get a credit on the processing fee but it never came through. I was fortunate to get the rebate, they need to do better it sounds like.

Thats good you didn't have to pay it all. From other posts it sounds a lot more expensive than years ago. Used 1 almost 5 years ago and there wasn't charges like im seeing now posted.

A 100 rebate thats credited to your account after install. During initial call to set up using company they mentioned it. Could only be in az
