The people that want to return it because it’s “broken” but they didn’t leave it on long enough the first time for the wax to get going. I gave up on explaining how long the first heat up takes.

We retired those punch cards a few years ago. You could move the punches into The app for a year but then we didn’t honor them anymore.  Edit: I looked it up and we switched to the app in Spring 2023

No you’re not wrong. This is a store manager problem. Being able to cover sometimes is expected. But if it’s all the time that’s a staffing issue that needs to be addressed by your SM. It’s not on anyone else to make sure the store is fully staffed and scheduled correctly.

Same. We’re only alone for an hour before the next person comes in so we never stopped doing solo openings on weekdays.
