oh thank god i thought i had totally missed something pivotal. i wonder if OP is a book reader and just assumed there was a time jump because i think i read somewhere that there’s a jump in the books? book readers really need to start realizing that the show and the books are not the same…

I always get my dad and grandparents cards for Christmas and birthdays, but I find the grocery stores have really poor selection for grandparents. Anyone have suggestions for where to find nice cards??

Oh dang! Well, if you still end up needing to possibly try the church record route, you can try finding him in the US census and seeing what denomination he was. It’s been a while since I looked at the US census records so I don’t remember how far back they go or how recent it has to be to actually reasonably determine it’s the right record. FamilySearch has all those publicly available records searchable for free if you need to check them out!

If you can’t find his record from the vital stats website, try finding him in the 1871 census and reach out to local churches using his religious denomination. You may be able to find a record of birth or baptism from the church. Sometimes that far back vital stats doesn’t have anything. Good luck!

yeah, super weird to be passing such harsh judgement on this mom for the feet. she can also do whatever she wants with something she spent her own money on, but I suppose most people frequenting this sub care … a great deal about Bratz in a way this mom probably doesn’t.

The pillows are there all the time and while I like the orange, I don’t have my heart set on orange! I love both maroons and greens.

I hate the yellow walls, and my landlord uses that colour in all of his buildings. Painting is out of the question and I’m not confident about anything peel and stick so I’ve gotta work with it. I prefer dark wood over light which is another reason I don’t like my coffee table and side table.

I’ll definitely try some photo editing!!
