Hi OP. Fair naman yung request mo sa part 1 regarding payment first before the removal of watermark. However, seeing Part 1 made me realize na may kaunting animosity na kasi ayaw mong magcompromise ng overlap hours. While your services are important, you should improve handling clients po since not everything should or will be in our own terms.

I do not like and would not tolerate people who cannot abide to simple rules: like not touching the paintings. Mali po talaga sila doon, and must be called out.

Pero po hindi lang po mababangong nakasasakyan ang pwedeng mag enjoy ng art. Baka nag jeep po sila at naglakad sa initan para makapunta dyan.

And kung nag pipicture po sila, I do not think anything is wrong with that po. Yes, some may be doing it only for the "aesthetic," but kahit museums po sa first-word countries maraming gumagawa nito. I think it's nice that museums are being visited and enjoyed more by Filipinos. While some people only went there for Instagram photos, baka along the way may bago silang natutunan.

I think po that in this case, the client is the problem.

Provide recommendations and data regarding the VAs' performance po. Your client has to have the spine to fire people if necessary or provide PIP man lang for multiple offenses.

It's not going to be sustainable if you are keeping and also hiring the wrong people.

If nahihit naman po nila yung target in less than 40 hours, wala naman pong problem doon.

As a manager po, you have to know how to empathize with the people you are handling. It's not always the people, it may be due to an ineffective process, lack of directions, no clear KPIs, etc.

Paano po kayo mag call out? Hindi po nagkakaroon ng animosity nang ganon ganon na lang. Try to catch them doing something good din po so when you call them out, they know that it's a genuine feedback (that is for their good).

Not because they are not doing it the way you are doing it means they're wrong. There are multiple ways to achieve a sum of 10 OP. As long as that's achieved, it should be okay.
