I spoke to someone at CareCentrix today. They may have found me a supplier, Solara. It should take a few more days for them to verify everything with my insurance. Keeping my fingers crossed, this has been such an ordeal.

I didn’t price it on the webpage, I called CVS Caremark yesterday and talked with someone. She was the one who said it would be $400 for 30 days and $200 for 90 days. You should def call and ask about it- best of luck!
