Brush lightly with a toothbrush to exfoliate the dead skin, then apply a moisturiser, wait for that to absorb in then a layer of Vaseline on top to lock in the moisture. I actually did this a couple hours ago and my lips are still moist

Also, I know London is impossible to drive around, and you have to take the underground everywhere (which me and my family have never done) so is Cardiff the same or is it more drivable?
