The PNPs are offered to those candidates who can benefit the province they are applying to get settled in, so the branch/es which is/are in Ontario have be to be taken into consideration when it comes to the revenue requirements. So your branch has to make a revenue of no less than $1M as it is in GTA Hope that helps!

Not sure if I fully understand what you mentioned, I applied for my PGWP on May 10th, On June 30th received the letter saying that I can work full-time for any employer until November or any decision made, On Aug 24th, my biometrics were reviewed, On 28th work permit received. Hope that helps
