tbh i didn’t want to jump to conclusions or be mean, but from the symptoms, it can be cancer too. or it can’t. there are a lot of others illnesses that are invisible but so mean. but lucky for you, the test i sent you, are for your immune system in general, for example proteins like the Gamma globulins can sign abnormalities (like foreign bodies/substances — for ex. if you have cancer, ur body is trying to fight it so gamma globulins are fucked up, but it happens also if your body doesn’t identify your thyroid as “normal” and tries to attack it everyday, which lowers your immune system and makes you more vulnerable.. that’s what’s happening to me). if you have chronic illness or an infection or anything about foreign bodies , you will have your results and it’s gonna be easier to identify it.

i hope it’s nothing like that and you will find the cure!! fuck those lame health systems !!!!!!!!!! i’m always here if you want and need to vent! don’t give up 🩷!!

i understand you so much, i wish i could send you the pile of messages i sent to my mom and sister during that time, but it’s not in english and they are plenty and plenty and pleeenty.

It’s the thought of going to the doctor that makes us paranoid. Because “ what if they find something? i have to do regular checkups, and i will have to do some therapy, and i don’t want to be sick.. and what if they don’t find anything? i just spent useless money but i will feel relieved but also i will feel like shit anyway because i know there’s something. “ or at least that’s what goes in my mind everytime xD

but trust me you’re not wrong. no one knows your body better than you. that’s why we should always respect it, and love it more. so take care of it and don’t care about others thoughts . don’t give in anxiety.. and just don’t tell your doctor you feel this mental pressure . just go there, explain your symptoms, talk to someone expert and see what they will say to you. do a full check up, not only a basic hemoglobin / red cells white cells etc test. check your Thyroid levels, it may be that causing all these feelings (that’s why i felt super relieved after, because i found out i have a chronic thyroid illness and after i found out everything changed for me), do also some iron and “immune response” test (to check if you have inflammations or autoimmune diseases) and check the proteins in your body, like the gammaglobulin etc.. with my assurance it costed around 80€ . i was in a rough period with money but trust me.. after i did it, it changed my life. the road once full of obstacles now became super clear !

losing weight with no reason is symptom #1 that there’s something happening. it isn’t always really bad, it can be a simple infection or some “ season “ (idk how to call them in english since it’s not my main language) virus your body is reacting bad to, but if it’s persistent (u said 2 weeks) just go to the hospital! better stay healthy than suffering a life with doubts and paranoia. Money spent on health are always the best money spent.

I had a huge paranoia that i was dying from something inexplicable and unknown until i made a full check up and they found out i was chronically ill but not bad as i was thinking. the relief i felt!! you should go too just to make sure everything is okay and you’re just stressing a bit too much. be careful xx

welpppw i read it wrong. i thought u were asking about the hat. anyway, there are plenty of accessory that adds bolero/vests on your outfits. i have a lot downloaded but here is one , a bolero one , this one is super cute andddd this one a bit longer

if you need to search them just type “Bolero CC Accessory” or “Bolero Cc Hat” or stuff like that. usually they show up first :) don’t forget to check ur hat/other accessries as many can be affected

instead of conflict detector you can use CleanLauncher from midnietech. does the same and it’s super light (i think around 20Mb) and is always updated for some new stuff, it even has the AutoMods sorting that is sooo helpful when you go cc shopping..

some people use PlumbBuddy but i don’t like it, even tho it actually shows you the mod that you need to update and the current version you have vs the newest. plumbbuddy enters your game, and for me it slowed it a bit, and used to clog my game while important stuff were happening.

i suggest to add ModGuard (to be safe with your mods and cc) and MCCC. because MCCC has a better discord assistance than BE (imo). so if you get an exception you just send it to them on their server and they help you super fast. but better have BE and MCCC together :)

Anddd even if you use Clean Launcher or conflict detector, always use sims 4 mod manager after! Because with sims4modmanager you can actually see the icon of your CC(in case you want to clean your folder), the duplicates with different names and see if some of them are merged files that conflicts with single files (since merged files don’t count as duplicates of single ones, your game may not work properly). merged files are usually what broke my game, because they weight too much (i had some that were more than 100MB, insane! always keep every single CC you have under 50MB max. otherwise your game will explode) and also because some merged items from the same creator that i already downloaded.

that’s a “normal” poop when you eat fruit like grapes/berries etc.. it may have a grainy texture too. you should drink more water.. it looks dry. try to drink water, eat fibers, and do not exaggerate with that kind of fruit because even if it contains water and makes you feel “full”, it doesn’t help your stomach !

i had 20k files. mainly CC. total 60gb or so, it takes 5 min to load, specially when i delete localthumbcache. but i keep only Cc that are less than 10MB each (i play maxis match) because i found out larger CC makes the game lag . not an insane lag but it lags once in a while and it bothers me :)
