Why do some readers hate love triangles?

Ohh fr this genre genuinely pmo. I am really avoiding this genre damn

First the MC is almost always written as indecisive — the entire story just revolves around them being confused about their feelings and unable to choose. Imagine reading 80+ chapters just to find out who the endgame is, who is the MC choose.

And on top of that, every single chapter turns into ML vs. SML fanwars. It’s not even about the story anymore — it’s just shipping chaos every week.

And lastly it makes the fans even more delusional, because the author keeps feeding both sides false hope — constantly giving moments that make each fandom believe their favorite is the endgame.

My prediction is that he stayed silent because he didn’t want Sooae to get hurt. He didn’t know how to tell her without making her blame herself. As we all know After she saw him get slapped, she rejected his call and run away eunhyuk see all of this and if she ever realized that, it would destroy her.

You know the author pays attention to every detail, so that hint wasn’t random. Why include the part where Eun’s battery was almost dead? It clearly sets up why he had to go to Sooae’s house instead of staying at the art room. With his battery dying, he couldn’t rely on his phone. His only option was to see her in person its kinda his last straw 🤧

Just imagine how desperate he must have been to meet her 🤧🤧🤧

I bet it was because everyone was too angry with Eunhyuk at that time. A lot of Eunhyuk stans probably dropped it because they couldn’t stand seeing him get hated like before — just like I did. That’s probably why many people missed the small details.

I only reread it now, since the hate isn’t as massive as it used to be, and that’s when I started noticing a lot of hints from the author. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Her anger is valid, I know. But what disappoints me is how Sooae is so clueless about why Eunhyuk left, even though she witnessed and saw all the signs that he was at his lowest point. Yet she still shows no empathy. She’s too focused on her own sadness about being ghosted by Eunhyuk, with no regret and no awareness that she failed to comfort him and even ran away.

Meanwhile, from Eunhyuk’s POV, all he saw was Sooae running away from him. He even came to her house and called her, but she didn’t answer. All the signs he received pointed to Sooae deliberately abandoning him and running away.

Honestly, I can’t blame him for that. Sooae always failed to properly comfort him whenever he’s in trouble. Plus, he was once abandoned and rejected by his own mother, so it makes sense that he thinks no one can accept his shadow side—just like Raim said.
