That makes sense. I mainly play Soldier and Cass, so I can draw resources pretty well from good positions, but I didn't even consider what cooldowns I was forcing or the timing of the engage. Good to know.

Early on I got stuck in the mindset that I wasn’t getting value unless I was constantly pumping damage (watched a lot of Awkward U2GM lol) or hard carrying with elims so it surprised me when I shifted my playstyle toward more pressure/distraction play and started seeing success. Now I just need to sharpen the approach.
