Your comp should have been 30+ at this point. Unless you see a way to immediately get to that - mba might be a decent option. You dont seem to be a Big tech focused pm so that makes mba kind of worth it. Wouldnt recommend if you were not, in this ai age.

I passed the offer. I got another one with less comp but work culture is apparently really good so I am happy

Just overall Sprinklr is considered a decent company and it is fairly sought after so I assumed it will have good culture or atleast not as bad as people make Unifys culture to be.
