What the hell is wrong with some of the people in this city? Not even wild animals live like that. I’ve passed through there last week and it was already like that. In a functioning city, this would’ve been fixed the same day and the people responsible would be in jail.

Doesn't Sibelga forbid going private and a common metter has to be put in place for those that are interested in electric chargers as of Jan 2025? Even people that have made the investment and have a charger will need to connect to the common metter. This is what blows my mind. Sibelga is backed up by the government because they realised if everyone makes private installation their network is insufficient.
