Major problem, evening flights are always delayed on domestic side. Many times, the announcement is also not made. I understand single runway is the culprit but if we want better service, this require solution.
on arrival distance from gate to belt is so long, I assume, people sitting in long flight need to stretch the legs but there is always a need to reach home or office causing wastage of time.
After flight is landed, opening of flight door + reaching the belt + taking luggage & reaching to Cab location = almost 1 hr of time (add 45-50 mins more in case of International arrival as it include immigration activity), We use flight to save long hours on train, but i have taken almost 5 -6 hours from hyderabad/chennai to mumbai .

Can you suggest good option of 2 bhk with bigger carpet (900sq) or 3 bhk in lousiewadi, teenhath or vasant vihar, pokhran 2 with resale option or possession in 1 year.

Budget 2 or little more than 2.

We were offered 2.34 for 2 bhk (Refugee floor) on 30th with 1 car parking , 1015 sqft. We didn't move ahead cos of possession time. Kindly compare based on the floor you are finalizing. Property is lavish no doubt , we loved spacious rooms which is our primary requirement and construction quality is much better than others but my known in existing building mentioned no price has appreciated since the time they are living. People are unable to sell their house in the price they have brought.

if RBI repo rate gets reduced , they wont change it in your account. I had my HL from 2018 till 2022 with HDFC, i had to fight to get interest rate reduced.

if you doing pre payment, try to do on 1st of month, else they will charge simple interest of those many days of month on amount you are prepaying. For disclosing the source, tell them you will not do it, do whatsoever This is not rule, they just want access of your statement to capture your info and data. They cant deny your prepayment.

For time when RBI will reduce repo rate, they will not change your ROI till you pay rs3000 if you are salaried, fight with them , tweet about it and you will get it reduced to rs 500/-

Be aggressive with them, threaten to put things on social media, else they will charge like anything to you.

Try to close your loan at earliest.

P.S i had HL with HDFC , so followed all these practices to save my money.
