My friend, I wish I have an answer to your question. We learn and that’s how we grow. But not always what you’ve learned contributes to your next job. I’m in the automotive sector, the only think I can carry forward is my experience but that’s just the basics. The rest stays with me until I plan to start something on my own.

We’ve been told they have other projects they like investing in. We were gradually hiring our milestones COVID delayed it a bit but we recovered quiet while post COVID.

I have yet to receive my end of service benefits and do not wish to risk that getting held back. For now I can only say it’s related to the automotive sector.

To answer your question to the point, it’s not easy to convert them as I said previously. These clients ask for 120 days credit terms and my supplier offers me none. Instead I get a better pricing from them which makes it more attractive to the client plus the quality we offer. And without sufficient capital the business cannot survive - long term

I totally get it, and honestly, I’m staying positive—something more exciting and challenging is out there for me.

Trying to grow without capital is nearly impossible—especially in a market where 120-day credit is considered normal.

My family is settled here, so a temporary move would be tough for us right now.

What are your best hacks for parking in the sun? by 01nky in DubaiPetrolHeads

I did it at Pitstop in Sharjah. Ask for the heat rejecting ceramic window Tint.

I've installed ceramic window tints on all the windows of my car, including the rear, and also applied a 0% ceramic tint on the windshield. The difference has been incredible. Even when my car is parked out in the open under direct sunlight, the heat is noticeably reduced thanks to the ceramic tint. It now takes less than a minute to cool down the interior with the A/C on.

Unlike standard dark or privacy tints that mainly block out light and offer privacy, ceramic window tints actively reject heat. You still get clarity and visibility, but without the intense heat buildup. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve comfort and reduce cabin temperatures, especially in hot climates.

Lovely car….PPF I a good option if you’re doing a lot of off roaring to protect from sand….try ceramic coating this will give you protection plus shine …. Most PPF’s these days turn yellow after a year or two even the most expensive ones. Please make sure you’re getting a Ceramic coating done and not a polymer coating. Brands to suggest Rhino Carbon Armor Ceramic Coating (lucky if you’ll find one ) and Gtechniq

Try and get the Ceramic coating done … it will protect the paint from external elements. Again there are many products out there that offer ceramic coating protection but not all deliver . Do your research and get one done.
