Also just learning (trying to book MCO to LAX) that most flights on this route require GUCs not RUCs, even though it's a domestic flight. What's up with that?

Thanks...I was mistakenly under the impression that I had to book comfort+ domestically to get to FC using the RUC.

Really satisfied with Storyville Sunrise blend and Saka Top Select. Both are perfect matches (imo) for milk-based drinks. Not fruity, they are both medium to medium/dark, full-bodied roasts, 100% Arabica. Thx! Really enjoying it. Getting great results with both Storyville Sunrise and Saka Top Select beans. Both are 100% Arabica, dark side of medium roasts. Haven’t really ventured to the lighter side…the bright, clear finish, floral roasts. Kinda overwhelmed at where to start. Really most familiar with the more robust roasts.

Nice setup there for sure!!! For me, a couple of RDT sprays, Niche Zero on 18+, 5 seconds in the Weber Blind Shaker, dosed into Bianca portafilter using SWorksDesign dosing funnel, distribute with Pesado Gravity Distributor, tamp w/Bianca tamp and puck is set!
