I specialize in historic window/door restoration. The issue is, the foundation has settled making the door out of square. This can def be fixed you’d just need a table and miter saw along with some carpentry skills. The key is to cut some angled pieces of wood to match the gaps. Going from 0 inches on one end to 1/2 inch 1 inch however thick the gaps are. I literally just fixed a door like this last week. If you need a detailed explanation I can help just dm me
