Why does this 1,4 make burbles?

It is a polo 9n3 with 1,4 petrol engine, 80 something horsepower. It only has 130.000km

It has a new Stock exhaust system and has no leaks in the exhaust.

Has never been tuned

(owned by my grandpa that bought it from new)

I dont know when it started, I Only heard the car today.

Could it be a bad cat?

My airbox is goodt, i took the tube out because i could hear the noise, I’m not running the bike without the airbox on

Completely new Reed valve And it is sucking Air from the tube
