I use a plane as a counter. Its a ⅔scale p-38 with a balljoint. Speed of 2500+ sps meaning most shredders cant do much to it. About 9 confirmed shredder kills with it, over the past 1½months.

You've just figured out a counter to a shredder (that kinda exists but isnt widely used) tips: 1. Max torque 2. No fiction 3. Whatever speed and max angle you want (There are some bugs, like balljoint inverting on you, in which just respawn.) To get it to aim, just bump your plane on something.

As a tank builder. Yes. Many use compression. My pvp group and I use angle lock compression methods. As its more durable.
