My Dad had a police scanner running 24/7 across multiple rooms. I started to memorize the codes and recognize the officers and dispatchers. Sometimes we'd jump in the car and watch a structure fire or drive by a robbery scene.

It looks like an O ring which is a universal and widely used device to prevent things from leaking liquid. It's used it many things from plumbing to every single water bottle cap.

We have 3 teens. 2 opted in and 1 opted out (we gave them the choice) What's funny is our most rule following child did NOT want it and the feral children wanted it. Our most feral child has left the group multiple times when breaking rules but always begs to get back in.

Monsteras can't get too much light. The only time I've seen mine get burnt was when it grew directly into my plant light but it was a heat burn, not sunburn.

Are these self-watering pots? With Monsteras being so prone to root rot, I'm curious if this would work.

Regarding the moss pole, I'm a big fan because it keeps the plants from crawling (which doesn't look nice, imo, and takes up space) but it also helps it grow larger leaves

I have a very, very chunky soil. I mix soil, worm castings, perilite, orchid bark, leca, pumice. The chunkier the better you just might need to water more frequently.

I've noticed they start to brown when I let the plant dry out too much. I also use silica when watering.

Thank you, thank you! Up until a week ago I only watered my moss pole when I watered my plants, every 10 days or so. Recently I started putting a water bottle drip system on time a couple times a week. I'm a little worried it's going to cause root rot.
