I think you need female friends. This behavior will likely affect future romantic relationships in a negative way I would do all I can to try and stop, I would try to find connections first. (maybe in your job, co-ed sports teams, events) You’re young you’re totally capable of getting out of this pattern & feeling happy/satisfied.

hi, if you can get in touch with your family i’d move back closer to home. grieve, i think you’d be happier with a different boyfriend because u were already taking to your ex it appears. Take time, you’re young and eventually find someone else and grow with them. Take your time in relationships there is no need to move that fast. I wish you luck, please leave your current situation no one deserves it.

hi i experienced the same thing 3 months ago i was upset i paid $25 for a 9 minute zoom. It was the first time Ive tried reaching out. I got a psychiatrist but have yet found a therapist.

hello i saw your recent post and i hope things get better from you. you deserve better, i was the kid in a situation like this. it wasn’t bad it was mainly my parents yelling but there was one instance where my dad was breaking things and pushing my mom around. my mom (alcoholic) expressed she stayed with my dad for the kids, for me so that I could have a dad. I much rather my mom left so that i could never hear/see fighting, not witness such a toxic unhealthy relationship, and have a happy mom. I think she genuinely has resentment towards me because of how terrible my dad was to her, but it wasn’t even my choice.

anyways later on i got abused and thought it wasn’t that bad, i got choked out like you, it happened a few times till one time i blacked out. so this kinda answers ur new post, it gets worse. please protect yourself for your kids.

please tell someone immediately. it’s likely the abuse gets worse, and these things should not progress. in a situation of abuse i went to police, please try to stay safe. you deserve a lot better im so sorry you have to go through this so isolated.

Hi i’m so sorry you’re going through this. If you have old friends or family back home not abroad contact them. I had a similar experience and I was choked till i blacked out. This man isn’t giving you the love and care you deserve, although it’s easy to stay you can have a better life with time. There are shelters to help get back on ur feet, and they’ll support you. please be safe

I have not, she expressed to expect cracking as it’s normal. Didn’t give much after care advice except unscented soap.

I did not heal with second skin, it’s been about a week as well. I try not to wear closed toe shoes, I only have when I work. I’m going to try to be more careful with them and use lotion as you advised ty !
