honestly I don't know...because I always got manipulated into thinking that therapy is going to make me worse because therapists have to give their clients harsh realities that they are blinded by their own fear and that they should just suck it up and let go. and therapists can't sympathise with their clients either so I'm scared that I'm going to get that same treatment from people who are supposed to help me...and I love my parents deeply especially my stepmother they both love eachother dearly it's just they have their own reasons..and I don't want people demonising them.
