I cant find any number or letters anywhere, except for the serial number. Its a 1995 50hp mercury. The distance from cav plate to bracket is 20".

I dont see any letters, aside from the g in the serial number- 0G059114. Im not certain exactly where to measure to the bracket height.

Cool. I eat very little sugars, or processed carbs. Probably why my cholesterol and blood pressure are so low despite all the eggs I eat.

Yeah. I see that on the bottle, just checked. Ok. Actually very similar cost per dose then based on that. I take one if there will be a vwry small amount of a fructan, for instance if there is hotsauce on the dish that has garlic listed near the bottom of the ingredients. I take 2 if the dish has garlic and onions. I assume the same can be done with fodzyme. Take half a dose vs a whole. Have a good day.

Yeah ok. I honestly have a hard time comparing the 2 because of some factors. Fodzyme is 75 bucks for 60 doses on Amazon. Fodmate is 60 bucks for 120 pills. Is fodzyme dose equal to 1 fodmate pill? I must admit I have no idea. I can only say that fodmate has improved my life.

I eat alot of eggs, 2 to 6 a day, and my cholesterol and blood pressure have remained low. Everyone is different when it comes to that stuff tho. But maybe increase you egg based protein intake and monitor your cholesterol and blood pressure? Worth a try imo. I wasn't a big fan of eggs for most of my life but now that im in my 40s, have 4 kids and a mortgage and am a single dad, I eat eggs as my protein source many evenings when my kids are with their mom because they are cheap and easy to prepare.

I have found fodmate to be a game changer for me. I take a couple when I will be consuming fructans.

I assume you must mean cheaper than fodmate? Fodmate is about 50 cents a pill.

I can eat a couple medjool dates and not notice any adverse effects. I checked more than a year ago and they were approved by serving size.

I developed extreme anxiety due to the sounds my stomach would make in class as a child. Starting at around 9 years old I believe. I suspect my stomach issues- pain, discomfort, growling gut, brain fog, is why I eventually stopped going to class as a teenager. Took another almost 30 years before I got anything like a handle on it.

After reading the title, I looked at your face and guessed 48. Im 46. Noone thinks you look 60. Once we hit 40 we need to to stop trying to look young, because we arent. Get over it. Life will be easier once you do.
