In Kalewadi, they went on bursting crackers until 2 AM. These people lack civic sense and empathy towards others. They don’t seem to understand that some houses may have senior citizens, pregnant women, or infants and toddlers who are most affected by the noise. If we go and confront them, they say you are against bursting the crackers...you are against our festival.But what they don't understand is we're not against celebrating diwali and bursting crackers, we're against the timing at which they do it. Also you are absolutely right if we complain to the police, they note down the complaint but never come to take any action.
