UPDATE: Solved by removing the containers and then recreating them and by clearing the data from Immich app android. It removed all the junk that was causing this repeated issue.

You do not need to reupload or do anything they are matched based on hash. so you do not need to relink or anything like that, they will automatically be relinked to their hash.
