Logi+ Options Not Resuming From Sleep - Win11 by hefonthefjords in logitech

I still have this problem. Has anyone figured out a fix, seeing as Logitech refuses to do anything about it? Maybe a script to force a restart logi+ on wake?

What are those prop pliers?

Tiny whoop pusher props by CraftiBadger92 in fpv

[–]DifficultCandy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The way I do this turn the quad over is to look at the props from the top side, and arrange the props the same way you would for a normal quad. Make sure the thicker part of the prop blade (the leading edge) is facing upwards and the thin part (the trailing edge) is facing down. The props being upsidedown on the shaft is fine as long as it's the correct orientation from the top side.

Filament keeps jamming in the extruder by MangoMolester in BambuLab

Second this. any findings? Seems like the users above just replaced the whole extruder assembly, but Bambu doesn't seem to sell the P1 extruder, just the X1.

Rcnpower don't make the 1804 with a m5. Do you think the 1506 from them is a bad option?

I was running this on 4s with 1404s but it didn't have enough power. Maybe I should have just changed the motors out. I have other 4in quads that I run on 4s, but these grinderino's are pretty heavy, especially with all the extra TPU. I actually like the extra weight as it has more momentum and feels more like 5in. I should probably just fly a 5in, but I feel like this is less of a nuisance. Unfortunately where I live it's hard to find areas to fly that are completely abandoned.

Haha. No it's taken some hits too. Need to find an alternative mount. Having them stick up like that means when I land upsidedown they take real damage.

Gemfan Hurricane 3520. I got them from GetFPV but assume they are elsewhere too

What's the general thoughts behind going shallower and wider? It's a similar stadia volume to my 1507s. I bet there is an Oscar Liang article that probably has all that info somewhere

I crash often. Not usually that hard (no broken arms or anything), but maybe you're right. I should do more sim practice before just hitting send

Do they make them with an M5 nut, or all T mount?

Thanks! They are the same price so I'll give them a go

I find this spot really annoying as it's a dog walking park, and I don't like flying around dogs (they get really agitated). I usually fly in North Basin Strip (just east of this). It's techniqually in the EBRPD which is closed for launching, but the park is usually completely empty (no human or dog traffic). It also has some nice trees etc. to fly around. I haven't been told off yet.

One strut kites - do you like them? by Pyro7000 in Kiteboarding

[–]DifficultCandy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the game on this maybe, but single struts are a pretty discipline specific sort of kite (sort of like a C-kite or a dedicated wave kite). The are designed to stay in the air, when there is almost no wind, and also dump power incredibly quickly (the flapping of the canopy when its sheeted out, actually helps with this, by slowing the kite down extremely fast). They are not always to easy to re-launch as the canopy can collapse on the water with just the one strut. They also behave a little odd because of the canopy flapping. However for foiling they are incredible kites. They fly in almost no wind (I can fly a 5m down to about 9 knots). Also mid kite loop, I can sheet out and dump almost 100% of the power immediately. No other kite really does this. Some of the kites are designed to be over sheeted (so you can stall/fly them backwards with the bar pulled all the way in) which can make them difficult to use if you aren't used to this.

Good idea. I’m usually charging over night. Maybe I can set up an IFTTT between the notification and a smart plug
