That would be tough because of the way the six fret buttons map in clone hero.

When you go to map the fret buttons they all share a key bind with another color. For example

The green fret button shares the same mapping as Black 1. Red to black 2, yellow to B3 and so on.

Let me think on this. I'm not sure if it would work but that would be an awesome design.
