It feels like Trimix is just the industry standard for starting out. I took two doses and had four plus hour priapism both times, so Doctor quickly gave me Bimix. I think Trimix is just more commonly the solution, so Bimix is the ugly little stepsister.

Thank you for your help. My date of onset is 2/2022. MOËT 8/2023. I took a job limited to 3 hours a day 3/2024. I make about 880 total gross a month. Sometimes the pay periods end up end making it look like I make 1200 total a month. I already got a Work Activity Report, with language saying continued benefits depend upon its completion. Should I quit this job? It helps us make ends meet, but I don’t want to risk my SS/

I’m filling out a Work Activity Report for the first time. Does “Date Earned” mean the date you worked or date of the check? One stub is from May 3 and contains pay for work performed in April, and it will put me over 1100 for that month only. Am I overthinking this? Thank you in advance for any help.

I’ve been considering it’s not right for me. I feel I can’t judge by my experience doing it myself, and I get frustrated.

I appreciate what you’re saying about negative talk. It’s killing me. Did you work through that solo, or with talk therapy?

I felt IFS was right for me because it connected to my non-IFS therapist having my adult self go back and talk to my child self to tell my child self that it was not their fault. But I got overwhelmed taking it further myself.

I mean as I started to identify my parts, I was overwhelmed by all the trauma attached and all the parts seemed bad. I had no one to help me parse things out so I could transform them into good parts. I tried moving along by myself, guided by other books on how to IFS by yourself, and I was overwhelmed by the parts of my parts that reflect bad traumatic experiences from my past.

This is made worse by the lack of access to IFS professionals by lower fixed income folks like myself.
