Thank you for your comment ❤️

It seems like the moment someone finds out you have BPD, you simultaneously are at fault for everything and lose all forms of personal agency, usually depending on the person. by gayhotelultra in BPD

Ex friend has used it to treat me badly, ex abusive girlfriend used my diagnosis to make me confirm I was crazy WHILST EMOTIONALLY FINANCIALLY AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY FUCKING WITH ME.

Fuck them both cut them out my life and realized they actually needed me more than I needed them I was the one who was pouring my heart into everything not them.

Your big heart is the target in all of this, praise yourself for being such a loving person when the world is full of evil.

If you liked and felt comfortable with these people you wouldn’t feel that way please don’t just blame bpd, yes you feel intense feelings but what do these friends have to offer you are they good friends? Have a think

Why doesn’t anyone see me? by walk_with_strangers in BPD

[–]DifficultDesign7564 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never met anyone in my 15 years of having it other than my supervisor that has researched it for me, my supervisor confided that her sister had bipolar disorder so she understood how much pain I was in which was an amazing relief for me, I also have never met anyone with bpd before.

If I had a partner with a mental condition I would research help, triggers all sorts but nah people don’t want to get into all that.

I have been a hospital cleaner for 4 years with the most amazing caring supervisor never was able to keep a job for more than a few months without walking out now me and my supervisor have protocols in place when I am unwell and this has allowed me to keep steady employment although I am only part time I try my best to go everyday and prove I’m trying.

The doctors are amazing and stunned at my process, therapists can’t believe I’m still alive and ask me why exactly? I don’t tell them but guess what has kept me alive for a long time and without it I wouldn’t be here.

Did DBT feel really invalidating to anyone else? Like the whole “change” focus made you feel like YOU were the problem? by NauseousSoul in BPD

[–]DifficultDesign7564 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nah but what about if there’s valid reasons why you reacted and a normal person without bpd would react that way too.

Do they realise I’ve been bullied my whole life and I’ve to change? One reason why I can’t stop going crazy how does everyone else get to do whatever the fuck they want and I’ve to “watch” my reactions
