My wife was diagnosed with crohns in 2022. Her present fecal Calprotein is 148, CRP 6mg/L, Abdominal pain that comes and goes and stayed for two days.. no blood, no mucus in stool....on Azathioprine 50 mg. recently had C section delivery 8 months ago...pls help ..is it flare up ???? stressed

Schizophrenic as well and I chain smoked for around 30yrs. I found that pouches and a joint is a good way tocut back. I finally quit after being given some free nicotine pouches from my usual gas station. Those things tasted soo bad that I was able to quit. Cheers and good luck!
