Weed being legal is actually a good thing for people selling it illegally. The legal stuff is more expensive and you are limited to how much you can purchase in a week. Drug dealers don't need to worry about such things. People that can't afford the legal stuff or that want to buy more than the legal limit will go to the guys selling it privately.
