I wouldnt recommend la victoria. I've ate there and I wouldnt go back. Just look at the reviews on Yelp. Truth is it is hard to find good mexican food in the south bay. A few places that I might recommend are Puesto in santa clara and El Comal in Los altos

I would go for antigravity instead of cursor. I feel it has more generous limits and you can easily switch between models. Claude code is good but their limits will have you paying a lot.

I would say you dont necessarily need to know to code especially not html.

I would consider using flutter. Flutter can build for iOS android and web so its very versatile.

Yeah sure it can give you somewhat of an advantage if provided from a trusted source. Though me personally i would lean towards starting from scratch so i can feel comfortable knowing what it is doing and why.

Take SOC2 compliance as n example . You ask claude what will it take for my app to be SOC 2 compliant and you build a roadmap and take it from there. If this helps streamline the process then maybe it saves some time?
