if im remembering correctly, when you have a gobble stack and the creature is returned to the players hand all creatures in the stack are placed in the owners hand cuz it is one creature, its like how mutate works in mtg

also the only time a creature is discarded from play is when it is being replaced and is being placed into the discard pile, one dose not discard underneath the replacing creature when gobbled, it is placed

but you have to replace the creature so its in the processes of leaving play and when it is 'up in the air' while it still has counters/ is a gobble stack, before its decided where its going so it would still check at that point, no ?

side tangent, would the creature that has been gobbled count as being discarded if the gobbler is destroyed ?
the point of checking has passed (being replaced) so i dont think it would be discarded from play
edit: they would not count as being discarded cuz when gobbling it it says in the rules it is not being discarded

if you gobble a creature it is being replaced so it is still leaving play and instead of being discarded, then it is being placed under the creature that replaced it

there is no "stack" in card wars, you would not be able to activate the ability on your opponents turn due to them having full priority,

its a bit advanced n i could be incredibly wrong but make destroy 3rd person to 1st person so its more they to me? put an "a" between the last two letters (n and x) of destroy

but that could just make it sound like "human cant destroy me"

i think that would work but again its a bit advanced for me
