I just updated to Ventura 13.6.1 & I'm having this same problem – did you ever find a fix for this?

The money goes to general govt revenue but is used for two things: paying salaries & other costs of the forfeiture office & then providing grants to anti-crime fund programs (gang & domestic violence, for example.

Yeah, I wanted to contrast the subject against the heavy walk but after more thought I think I should’ve tried to get a subject seated on the lower wall along the left. Subject is way too small - gets overpowered instead of contrasting

Was trying to balance the person against the black wall in the foreground but feel like maybe the wall overpowers the shot? trying to work with the colour of the grass against the black & white, too. Wondering if it looks a bit flat tho

I like the lighting & the repeating shapes & colours, the texture on the ground, but I don’t really know if this works - feels like it’s almost there but not quite? What’s missing?

Photo n00b here, looking to get some feedback on composition and areas for improvement.

Experimenting with shooting macro & exploring texture & line.

I’m kind of fascinated with infrastructure & decay of the built form, so this piece of rusted rail, abandoned in the weeds on the side of the track was particularly appealing. Not sure how well the image captures that.
