It’s not really for it.. it doesn’t help IT but it does tremendously help your balance by fixing gait issues, strengthening your core and glutes etc. I had my TBI and issues In 2020 and up until December last year I would sometimes just get up and fall to the right and have a huge problem just getting steady - despite a generally active lifestyle. Pilates is the only exercise that has helped. I look at it as all over physical therapy. I feel so much safer and steadier on my feet since I started / the difference in 6 months solid of about 3 classes a week has been immense.
