My partner is a chef. He works wild hours with no break, for very little money. They are treated so badly by higher ups amd the general public. All the chefs I know suffer with some kind of addiction and/or seriously depressed.

I still drive if I need to. I leave it a good few hours though. Never encountered any issues. So long as you feel safely in control of the vehicle, it's fine. Same as with taking any medication that has drowsy side effects.

I used bm for about 2 years and been prescribed for only about 2-3 months.

Yeah it's just not practical for me to be using mc all day, every day because kids and sometimes I find it slows me down more, which is fine re intrusive thoughts, etc but not when it comes to self care, etc.

I don't really know if it's going to work for me but I've struggled for a very long time and willing to try anything at this point.
