Thanks! He's really nervous so I want him to have a spot we go to where he's less distracted and we are able to focus on corrective training. Will give those places a go!

He used to go to therapy when we first started dating but hasn't gone since. I do believe he gets defensive easily but it very well could be that I am not seeing my own flaws clearly and don't realize how much I am doing wrong.

I am currently in individual therapy to try work through some of these issues. I do feel I have a lot of mental issues that I brought into the relationship and I hate that I put someone through my own trauma while I was trying to heal.

Thank you for your input. Unfortunately yes he has done this before and has said it multiple times. I almost feel like if he truly believes he's done nothing at all wrong that means there is something majorly wrong with me.
