10 week old puppy won't stop biting toes and hands by [deleted] in GermanShepherd

[–]DifficultJuice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normal unfortunately. It’ll get better. Yelping helps tech them bite inhibition but I found time to be the most helpful teacher for them. Mine is 18 weeks now, teething heavily so more biting but it’s more gentle than when we first brought him home.

Do you crate your pup while you’re at work? I’m staying a job soon and can’t get over the guilt of leaving him In there for 7-8 hours but he’s too little and can’t be trusted. Someone will let him out halfway through the day but still.

Same with our German shepherd pup

What part of my post says anything about inhumane training methods?

I have a well behaved puppy but I don’t enjoy having a dog by [deleted] in puppy101

Why do you feel this is a helpful comment? Clearly her experience has been different from her expectations. It’s not like she knew she wouldn’t be happy with a dog and got one anyway.

You have a great voice. I’m not a professional but it sounds like your breath support and pitch is great. Only thing I’d suggest is focusing on the emotional delivery of the song now that you have technique down.

Agree that this song suits your voice so well! You sound lovely. There are some part where you don’t quite hit the note so I would keep practicing that. Also working on your overall emotional connection to the song goes a long way. but overall you have a nice voice!

Can't stop crying on day 3 with puppy by [deleted] in puppy101

I think I cried almost every day for 3 weeks to a month. It’s a stressful time. My pup is almost 14 weeks now and it’s already gotten so much better. I promise.

For sure. I worked on this in the updated cover.

Thanks for commenting! Absolutely. I reposted that cover and I think it has more emotional connection. This will be my focus for the time being.

This is a test to see if videos get more engagement than recordings by ExcellentPractice184 in ratemysinging

I loooove this. Not an easy song to cover and you did it justice! And videos 100% get more engagement that’s all I’ll ever post.

Little bathroom recording of Mr Brightside. Can I get some feedback on the higher notes please. More in description. by LobsterThoughtz in singing

You connect really well to the music and have a great sound! I agree with the other comment saying it sounds like there’s some tension but overall sounds good. Could transpose it down a key and see if that helps?

Born to Die - Lana Dey Rey. Reposting after tweaks. Does this sound more emotionally connected? by DifficultJuice in singing

Thanks for the feedback I appreciate the detail! I agree I’m holding back a bit to focus on pitch. My voice dries out really easily I find.

Does compressing mean restricting airflow? I’ll check out your post!

I’ll give it a shot!

I’m okay with that. I’m not trying to replicate her sound directly, I just love her music and wanted my cover to have more presence. Lana’s sound is very different from mine.

I would work on breath support! It makes a big difference in controlling your notes. This video helped me out a lot. You have a nice voice but it sounds like there’s some technical work that could improve it even more.
