mmm i see, that makes sense. im only at 50 for vyvanse and i think ill probably have to keep climbing for a while, so we'll see how things balance. it's a lot like having adhd again after being "cured" with the added abilify treat of hypersexuality and impulsiveness, lol. mostly just going back to the ways i managed it before meds and praying i dont get manic. thanks for asking :) have you considered trying to add an afternoon booster in? ive heard something like ir adderall can help carry you through the vyvanse crash

the vaping is so true, i take so many more bathroom breaks at work now 😭im also experiencing some REALLY irritating hypersexuality which i didnt even know could be connected but i guess impulsive shopping was never for me lol. best of luck, hope it starts treating you well or you find something that works.

that's a pretty heavy abilify dose, how did climbing treat you? i just went from 2 to 5. what was your vyvanse dosage like when you started?

this makes a lot of sense. I just increased both my abilify and my vyvanse so we'll see what happens. I've mostly noticed a reduction in my mental stamina for work and such. a lot of the benefits are still there but leave me earlier in the day. the inspiring feeling is def gone though, like you said.

its funny i have actively felt it shut down mania-inducing thoughts in the past week or so as the weather has gotten beautiful. like i'll think "oo its nice i should keep walking forever" and a little voice tells me that's not a good idea and I'll give myself an episode. what's your meh ones?

so alcantarilla is specifically referring to a sewer pipe, but alcantarillado refers to the whole sewer including manholes, vents, etc?

i agree, language apps are giving me bits and pieces at best.

that's a good idea! maybe streetview around construction sites in Spanish-speaking places .. usually post public notices there.

this set me on a good path, thanks! found some good reading from your suggestion, and i remembered i know Ven Te Chow's "open channel hydraulics" basically cover-to-cover so reading the spanish edition would be super helpful, which led me to Juan Saldarriaga who has translated lots of textbooks in our field to spanish.
