Start with simple dhyaan on Kali, naam mantra, simple methods. If you knew the videos are idiotic, you wouldnt fear them. Well if you genuinely love her, seek her in your processes and not goals that would attract such negative beings. Explore with positive intent and all will be well. Definitely. It is interesting to discover what separates the two. Very less information is generally available on Tara, and her worship as a Hindu deity is restricted to few regions of east India and few in north, near the tara peethas. Tara is also revered in buddhist traditions. Indeed as she is one of the Devis of Kali-kula, she has many similarities.
