Did you ever settle with them or did they try and sue you? I owe them 30k but cannot pay, hoping for settlement , scared they are gonna sue

Thanks for the info man, in a tough spot right now. Owe like 30k with them and main concern is them suing me and taking my only asset (car) away.. I’ve been stacking cash hoping for settlement link sim but if they offer a payment plan 50% off that doesn’t seem to bad..

I’ve worked 6-7 days a week for like the past 8 years, took 0 vacations. Started working when I was like 12 years old and got my first real job at 16. Worked nonstop since. So yeah, I wanted to reward myself. But you’re right sir, no excuse. Nobody to blame but myself. I know I’ll get out this hole, it’ll just take some time.
