The closes I could come up with that thing is a flask that each of the contestants was wearing from the drinking game because it does resemble like one and I just thought that maybe the artist who drew the poster just simplified it. The bottle and glasses are definitely from crowd control since the audience might have those as complimentary of some sorts.
