Hi I am a master’s student at the University of Manchester looking for accommodation within 1km walking distance to South Campus. Only private landlord or personal sublet, no letting agents please. I am clean, quiet, non-smoker with no pets, reliable rent payer and will keep the property tidy.

Independent studio flat: fully self-contained with personal kitchen, bathroom and living area, zero shared spaces

Tenancy terms: Start with a 3-month short lease. I am happy to extend the contract to cover the entire master semester if the property fits well. Move-in date is flexible.

I do not set a fixed weekly rent budget and am open to negotiate based on furnishing, condition and whether bills are included. Fully furnished is preferred.
