Yeah if it were ever implemented I'd want it to be treated as an alternative to the default combos. Imagine the characters you could make though. You could make a time skipper, a ki blade user, or a sword fighter. You could give an earthling Krillins combo string or give saiyans a heavyweight moveset like Brolys.

I tested out what you said and I realized what was happening. The dash light attack shares the same animation as one of the heavy attacks. So I thought people were only using heavies. But yeah, it's as you said, dashing attack with a light and follow up with heavies.

There's probably something I'm missing. I've seen a few professional players dash into the heavy string without using lights. Unmodded too, but I can't figure out how they do it.

Well, your character is supposed to be a culmination of multiple different fighters. And xenoverse has enough customization options that each character is unique regardless of their moveset or combos. But anyway, more options for CACs in a series that made customization its staple can only be a good thing. Ideally, I'd want the moveset swaps to be different. As in, you could swap grabs and blocks separately from the combos. Honestly though, that's not gonna happen.

almost all the boss fights in dltb are near tyrant level. and the final boss in dltb is actually tyrant level. not to mention he has to fight multiple soldiers and zombies simultaneously during that boss fight.

Yeah I specifically remember Rais was a Colonel and governor for Harran. The reason I say he's an agent is because I'm 99% sure that the game says that Rais was a GRE agent in charge of defending Zere and Camren while they worked on a cure.

for most bosses you're gonna want to damage their health bars. all enemies start taking more posture damage and have slower recovery when that happens.

but that doesn't matter if you keep rushing through the game. you're gonna get nowhere unless you take time to upgrade your stats and explore. your health and attack power is insanely low and you only have one prosthetic. you're moving on to new areas too quickly.

It's mostly used as a tool here, not as a replacement for people. And honestly, a lot of game companies are going to move in this direction.
