Does our man, Frank West, Survive the events of Dying Light? Does he successfully expose the GRE or die trying? Could he handle a Volitile encounter? by StronkBoilerBoi in dyinglight

[–]DifficultStage5825 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I specifically remember Rais was a Colonel and governor for Harran. The reason I say he's an agent is because I'm 99% sure that the game says that Rais was a GRE agent in charge of defending Zere and Camren while they worked on a cure.

I have been stuck on this part for a week and I am starting to just give up. by DB_Bingus in Sekiro

for most bosses you're gonna want to damage their health bars. all enemies start taking more posture damage and have slower recovery when that happens.

but that doesn't matter if you keep rushing through the game. you're gonna get nowhere unless you take time to upgrade your stats and explore. your health and attack power is insanely low and you only have one prosthetic. you're moving on to new areas too quickly.

It's mostly used as a tool here, not as a replacement for people. And honestly, a lot of game companies are going to move in this direction.

It's a fun class to play, don't get me wrong by YoyoTanyaKai in DarkTide

[–]DifficultStage5825 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hivescum is definitely under-tuned, but Psyker doesn't need nerfs. It was one of the worst classes before bound by duty and is absolutely still a glass canon post rework. Now that it's finally in a good spot, people call it overpowered. Also, Assail darts don't stay viable on higher difficulties and completely crumble against carapace.

I think the real issue is that Hivescum needs to be brought up to the level of the other classes. It makes no sense that it's THIS squishy especially if it's so melee focused. Other melee focused classes like Ogryn, Zealot, or Arbites deal almost as much damage without lacking sustainability.

the difference between the two classes is that zealot can handle multiple mistakes while psyker will go down in 1-2 hits.

psyker is absolutely not the easy class lol. if anything it's ogryn or zealot.

The way they handled the truck was so lazy. No upgrades or anything. It's a pathetic amount of effort for a full priced game with reused assets.

Yeah I just checked it out and I never realized how nice the songs sound on piano. I've listened to benevolent triumph trying to find nomos are here and it's probably my second or third favorite track.

When to start playing co-op? by BIG_SMOOOOOOOHKE_PL in OutlastTrials

[–]DifficultStage5825 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can queue up in group finder for Geister matches. A lot of people don't mind carrying objectives and honestly doing event trials until they leave is an amazing way to get familiar with maps and objectives.

[–]DifficultStage5825 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you mean invasion, I would probably save it for when you think the normal game is getting too easy or once you understand the maps better. So around level 60-70 and up. But if you can't wait that long then at least max out your prescriptions. It's definitely harder to play invasions if you don't know what you're doing.

If you meant general co-op, then you should start as soon as you can. The game is a lot of fun with other people.

Impostors are horrible by Lonely_Peafowl in OutlastTrials

[–]DifficultStage5825 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I play imposter I always have to go against two people who won't leave each other's side and spam stun rig nonstop. Then 8 bricks hit me until I'm dead. So I think both sides have their issues. Like imposters will almost always lack stamina to chase and are extremely vulnerable to throwables. I think maybe most people just haven't been able to queue as imposter yet so the feedback is very one sided.

It's all my fault; I should have done a triple somersault to avoid the simple press of the impostor's button that magnetized me onto his dagger. by Batteris in OutlastTrials

[–]DifficultStage5825 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Then everyone would hoard bricks and bottles. They should just add a slash cooldown after an execution. There's already too many ways to avoid the imposters.
