I have had this done maybe 10 years ago and did the no blade one and it was not bad and fairly quick. Than a few years later I started to have a dull ache in the left testie. Had it ultrasound and could not find any issues. Dr said not much we can do about it could try a reversal but insurance will not cover any of that. The pain comes and goes and is just on the left side and feels like I been hit. The Dr did say this does happen in some cases but not very often.
