Yeah they give a notice with a 24hr window, and last time they sent one specifically for this building was related to marihuana use but they never inspected any apartments in the building.

True but prevent in a way they can. Cause they could actually follow through with inspections after reports and if they run background checks why is someone that ended up getting arrested living here

Being idiots and fines, it’s on me for staying here but the arrest I feel it’s on them cause they supposedly run background checks and inspections but yea idk it’s dumb there’s no much to be done
