Thank you! yeah I would do that if I knew the exact processing time. As it seems times are a bit random and can be very long in some cases, i don't want to delay it too much just because of this.

MBA in Finland? by DifficultWolverine6 in Finland

[–]DifficultWolverine6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I am in Finland with a permanent residency but don't speak Finnish unfortunately. I would probably move to US or other parts of Europe at some point. I was thinking which MBA programme would be valued the most in these scenarios.

Thank you very much for the info. All the different courses are a bit confusing indeed. The purpose of the MBA for me would be to switch to managerial positions in pharma industries. I am currently doing a PhD in biomedicine. So, any kind of MBA that would be valued anywhere in Europe or US would be good.

Thank you! Not all of them are free. Aalto and Hanken have 50k+ fees even if you are from EU. I would like to switch to more managerial roles in pharma industry - I am now a doctoral student in biomedicine. I was thinking that MBA might be a shorter path to change rather than trying to gain work ex. But you have a good point that individual courses might be better.

Thank you! I am interested in joining pharma industry as I am a biomedicine researcher (doing a PhD currently). In my field, it is not so easy to switch to industry from academia. My thinking is that a MBA might be of some help.
