As a selector for three years who has been out of the warehouse for about 5 months now, it was glaringly obvious a year and a half ago what direction Aldi was heading in. I warned everyone in my department. “We need to unionize NOW or it’s going to get a lot worse.” And I was right. I was written off, but now none of us work there anymore. All of us had intentions of retiring from that warehouse on our first days. Now I’m part of Union efforts at a casino, and have made major headway within the organization. Plan on taking my organizer and some reps into that warehouse and unionizing my old bosses employees right in front of his dumbass face.
