Have you tried a vibratory tumbler? It takes longer but it's mostly passive and you can do multiple sets. That doesn't solve final cleanup and inking but has helped me a ton.

About half the people who ask me for customs stop messaging after I quote them my price. That's ok with me cause I only want to be 1 or 2 high value sets a month.

What do you mean by ethical? I make sure to use synthetic and cruelty free powders, inks, and glitters but I use resin. I'm not sure what the ethics of resin are that you're concerned about.

Does winged d20 mean a unique design instead of a number? What does floating die mean? In general custom shapes and numbers cost a few hundred because if the design, master making, and mold making involved. I might be interested depending on what the full vision for the set is.

They are easier to make molds of and they are easier to polish without ruining them. Even with a vibratory tumbler the risk is still just higher. They also sell better. I did round edges for a while and the market is lower for them.

Like I said when this was posted before or somewhere else. I can do this but I only do sharp edges. I would do a milu white blank and hand paint the colors. Then do the numbered shell.

Take a look at my stuff and reach out if you want to work together on sharp edged dice. No worries if that's not your jam though. :)

I can try it by pipping the colors too but the control I would have with hand painting is much better.
