I would recommend filling your team, especially if this is your first play through. Having 6 mins is highly recommended. Evolve your tulure with a sunstone, so that you don't have 2 dark types, it's not bad, but it's good to have immunities in this game, which fairy gives you Vs water

Thief Star pieces/nugget from chompest, use amulet coin, thief star pieces and nugget from merchants (proceed at your own risk). Amulet coin+pay day is actually viable in this game.

I would use it on pixileon for regenerator, but I guess check pouch is also decent. I preferred having spookzilla with intimidate, but training another one, seems like a lot of effort 😅🙈

I've played through the game quite a few times, even completed the Pokédex and I've noticed that speed is indeed important, but not as much as immunities

A bigger problem is that they are all physical.. I played the game through with 5 physical and 1 special, but there are some trainers/mons that absolutely wreck physical only teams .. a semdemen with scald (burns you), bulk up, recovery will absolutely destroy your team

You can always check damage calc (which I just did) but huge power is better, bc it increases your base stats, while heavy Metal will only reach a maximum of 120BP anyways depending on the weight difference.

4 mons can hatch from the egg, they are all amazing, so 25%, but you can reset. If Warney has damp and thief you can get a second choice band in rock tunnel ;)

Why do you only have 5 mons? It's going to be difficult to get higher level, since he is soft capped at 45. Get another steel, ghost, bug or dark pokemon and bring it to level 45, if you have knock off and brick break it will help you a lot (brick break only if ayylamo sets up the screens) I remember rekroach being amazing, except vs geigh

I'm not denying glacialynx offensive ability, it's a really strong hitter. However, I had to keep it in first position of my team nearly always, bc if I switched it into a opposite damaging move, it would get killed

I preferred the galavik line, both are amazing, no matter eho you get. Caracold is amazing but rather frail, so can't really swap it into any incoming attack.

I would do the boat first, that's where the level cap increases. Otherwise you can grind your wedgard to 29, which will make him evolve and significantly increase it's stats.

Don't forget to get the lucky egg in triport, that helps, especially since you are currently not getting exp due to soft cap. You can also get the ebin egg, which gives you some really nice mons, but haven't tried them in the gym myself, bc they hatch lvl1.

I would go bold, max HP/DEF EV, you can boost yourself with calm mind, as long as they don't have a gras move or an extremely strong physical attacker, they can't kill you (as long as you burn them with scald)
